Особенности коллективных действий в современной России: динамика, цифровизация и результаты

Аннотация


Статья посвящена анализу феномена коллективных действий. Делается обзор современных представлений об особенностях коллективных действий, массовых действий в политике. Указывается на большое значение коллективной идентичности в процессе организации и осуществления коллективных действий. Отмечается сетевой характер современных коллективных действий и значительное влияние информационно-коммуникационных технологий в процессе их организации. Для иллюстрации особенностей коллективных действий в России в статье приводятся результаты лонгитюдного исследования коллективных действий, проводимого с 2014 года методом опроса экспертов из различных субъектов Российской Федерации (ежегодной выборкой не менее 14 субъектов Федерации и не менее 155 экспертов). Исследование позволяет выявлять динамику активности коллективных действий, особенности их организации, тенденции кооперации, интенсивность протестных действий. Делается вывод о замедлении роста гражданской активности и коллективных действий. Относительный рост наблюдается лишь в их проявлении в интернете. Наблюдается постепенное снижение политизации коллективных действий и вовлеченности молодежи в массовые акции. При этом увеличивается роль интернет-инструментов в организации политизированных коллективных действий. В статье анализируются акторы коллективных действий. Делается вывод о том, что развитие интернета является фактором, способствующим формированию более широких коалиций в процессе организации и осуществления коллективных действий, все большей активности незарегистрированных общественных объединений. Указывается, что наблюдается тенденция развития сетевых характеристик коллективных действий в современной России.
